About
Overview
I am the 15 year old freelance web designer who owns briter:webdesign. My picture can be seen to the left. I am currently living in the suburb of Adelaide Park, Yeppoon, which is a great place located in Central Queensland, Australia.
My Hobbies
When I am not designing or tweaking my websites, I can be found reading, taking photos, trampolining, bike riding or listening to my shortwave radio (a Degen 1103). Shortwave radios pick up radio stations around the world, such as the BBC, Radio Sweden, Radio New Zealand, Radio Netherlands, Voice of America, Voice of Islamic Republic of Iran and many more.
Contrasting Sharply
Because of my interest in taking photos I have set up a photoblog where I post my best photos. It can be found @ Contrasting Sharply. All photos from the 11th April 2008 have been taken with a Canon Powershot A720, while most of the photos before that date are taken with an Olympus Camedia D-540 ZOOM. The rest are taken by a secondary camera, the Olympus Camedia C–180. Obviously, the cameras are digital.
Some photos that have been archived on the photoblog are included below. The first picture is a twirling umbrella, the second is a row of clay dolls, the third is a growing lamp, and last are some exotic thorns that I found at the Hervey Bay Botanical Gardens. I would also encourage you to check out these beautiful frangipani flowers as I'm trying to get them up higher in search results.
Jylanization
I also post as often as I can to a text blog called Jylanization. I'm trying to create a resource for tourists and locals in Yeppoon by creating lots of posts about the Yeppoon area. I also blog about places my family and I travel to, and information about my web design business.
