*sigh*. It seems every time I think I’ll be able to catch up and do some regular posting, something else comes up. This time I’ve been working at a web design studio (almost-anything.com.au) in Rockhampton. I had to catch the bus into Rocky 4 days last week, and I’m working this week as well.
Anyway while at the Botanical Gardens in Rocky for lunch on Saturday, I noticed this really strange pruning job on the palm trees near the entrance. Had to overexpose the sky to make sure the palm tree came out the right brightness though. There’ll be some more photos from the Gardens later on when I get some time to post them, managed to find some really interesting subjects

Very nicely done Jylan, you managed a really good exposure of the tree, and with an effective pov. A fiddly job to put a sky in behind this, but I think the subject is strong enough to stand just as it is. Well done.
