foggy light
At SES cadets I was given this flashing light, so at home I set it up with a longish exposure, and then took the photo. I'm not sure why the light turned out a bit foggy, but it certainly makes a nice effect.
This photo was taken on Friday 2nd May 2008 at 9:50:52 AM, with an exposure time of 2.5 seconds and a f-number of 2.8.
